TikToker who justified enemy shelling at Kyiv train station has been notified of suspicion

Now the 23-year-old native of Donbass, who moved to Kyiv, faces up to 8 years in prison with confiscation of property.

According to the case materials, this provocative video was published by a 23-year-old resident of Makeyevka, Donetsk region, who moved to Kyiv several months ago.

She used her TikTok account to glorify the occupiers, including the militants of the Russian private military company “Wagner”.

The attacker also publicly denied the war crimes of the Russians during the temporary occupation of the Kyiv region.

The video of the defendant was immediately picked up by Russian propagandists for further “dispersal” due to the Kremlin media.

A forensic linguistic examination confirmed that the statements in the published videos contain objections to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which began in 2014, and also glorify the persons who commit armed aggression against Ukraine and justify the temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine.

The perpetrators face up to 8 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
