This was reported by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.

The pre-trial investigation of this offense has been completed and the indictment has been sent to court for consideration on the merits.

The case concerns the seizure of with state funds for more than UAH 16 million under the guise of fulfilling contracts for the supply of computer equipment.

“NABU detectives established that one of the National Police employees, in connection with the performance of his official duties, is aware of the circumstances subject to establishment during the investigation. The police officer was summoned for questioning twice, but he refused to testify without the grounds provided by law,” the SAP added.
