According to the court's verdict, the security guard admitted his guilt in the illegal deprivation of a person's liberty, committed. by prior agreement and torture.

On November 7, Tsuber entered into a plea agreement. He pledged to cooperate with the investigation and give incriminating testimony against other people involved in the crime, including Tishchenko.

The court sentenced the guard to five years in prison and, through a plea agreement with the investigation, released him from serving his sentence, instead replacing it with a probationary period of two years. This is on the condition that Tsuber does not commit a new criminal offense during these two years.

The guard must also periodically report to the supervisory authority for registration, report changes in place of residence, work or study, and not leave Ukraine without permission. Tsuber was released from the pretrial detention center.

On November 15, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv extended the measure of restraint for MP Mykola Tyshchenko until December 23. The deputy will remain under round-the-clock house arrest.
