Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland Elina Valtonen called on the leaders Ukraine is going to send telephone calls to the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

Waltonen made this statement in context an unexpected call to the dictator from the side of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
“The most important ones are those that we understand that they are not guilty of taking part in the devil’s messenger for respect from the side of the Kremlin,” the diplomat said.
In our opinion, the outgoing leaders may establish coordinated communication with Moscow.
Scholz’s telephone conversation with Putin
Last Friday, the 15th of November, Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz for the first time in two years telephoned Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin.
