The Rivne region still has problems with electricity, and in some places there are emergency connections

The Rivne region still has problems with the light. In addition, approximately 20 thousand people will lose their lives without power supply.

RBC-Ukraine reports this following a statement from the head of the Rivne Regional Administration, Oleksandr Koval.
