It is inevitable that standards for traffic lights on the roads will change in Ukraine. Zokrema, instead of the original green, emerald light will appear, and the appearance of the arrows will also change, which directly regulate the roc.
RBC-Ukraine reports about this with instructions to the “Ukrainian” scientific research and the primary center for the problems of standardization, certification and quality” and the new standard DSTU 4092:2024.
It appears that the national standard is gaining rank on May 1, 2025. In this way, according to the date of the new lights, they may be subject to changes.
How green light will be
One of the main innovations is green light.

Instead of the standard green color, it appears emerald. It is a bright shade of green with a slight bluish tint and has a high saturation and vibrancy. It is important that the emerald color is noticeable in age and, apparently, is more easily absorbed by water.
