In 14 regions of Ukraine today, the consequences of another massive attack by Russia were eliminated.
In the morning, Russians attacked Kyiv and the Kiev region, as well as the Vinnytsia, Odessa, Volyn, Kharkiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi and Sumy regions. In the regions, buildings, transport, garages, private residential buildings, warehouses, as well as a multi-story building in Kharkov were damaged, the State Emergency Service reported.
Fortunately, there were no casualties. One person was injured in the Odessa region.
Infrastructure facilities were also damaged in the Rivne, Lviv, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Volyn, Khmelnytsky, Ivano-Frankivsk, Nikolaev and Vinnytsia regions.
Emergency workers are working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling. In the Mykolaiv and Vinnytsia regions, sappers have also been involved in the work. In total, more than 320 rescuers and more than 80 units of equipment of the State Emergency Service are involved in Ukraine.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed the law on the state budget for 2025, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported.< /p>
He noted that the priority of the budget remains the protection of our state. Financing of security and defense forces, purchase and production of weapons, drones and equipment. UAH 2.23 trillion was allocated for this.

Volodymyr Zelensky also signed the Law “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on the Peculiarities of Taxation during the Period of Martial Law”.

MEPs have called on the international community to take swift and decisive action to “address the alarming escalation of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine.”
In a resolution adopted today, the parliament condemned Russia’s use of North Korean troops against the Ukrainian army and its testing of new ballistic missiles in Ukraine.
“These recent escalatory steps are a new stage in the war and a new risk to the security of Europe as a whole,” the MEPs say, calling on the EU and Ukraine's other partners to respond accordingly.
Insisting that “no negotiations on Ukraine can take place without Ukraine,” the MEPs call on the EU to work to achieve the broadest possible international support for Ukraine and to find a peaceful solution to the war.
The Netherlands has handed over three Patriot missile launchers to Ukraine, Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans said.
“Ukrainians are in for a tough winter as devastating airstrikes continue. That's why we've sent three Patriot launchers. It saves lives and protects vital infrastructure,” he wrote on the X social network.
Ukrenergo has released information on the timing and scope of power outages on November 29.
