As President Volodymyr Zelensky reported in his evening address, civilian buildings were damaged in the Dnipro region as a result of a missile strike – a residential building and a store in the village of Tsarichanka. It is currently known that four people were killed by this Russian strike.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Serhiy Lysak, reported that there is a child among the wounded. An 11-year-old boy is in hospital in moderate condition. The rest of the injured were also hospitalized. Six are in “serious” condition. Lysak later clarified that eight people are in serious condition after the Russian attack on the Dniprovskyi district. They have penetrating wounds, internal injuries, and fractures. In total, 21 victims are currently known.

On Saturday morning, November 30, the Russian army launched artillery shelling on the city of Mirnohrad in the Donetsk region.

In the evening, the Prosecutor General's Office reported that as a result of the shelling of the occupiers in Mirnohrad, two civilians were killed and three were wounded.
