“Recently, in annexed Crimea, a 73-year-old woman died in a boarding house for the elderly only because the collaborator-manager of the institution decided to exchange the necessary drugs for those that were simply on hand,” the Center for National Resistance reported.
This situation arose due to a critical shortage of personnel, since since the beginning of the Russian occupation, most doctors refused to cooperate with the enemy.
