The Cabinet of Ministers has ordered a new position of the newly appointed food reform of the Mitnikh organs. He became Igor Smilyansky.

- initiation of the adoption of normative legal actives with food, what to lay before yogo competencies;
- processing of draft normative legal acts within the scope of his competence, and submission of corresponding proposals to the Cabinet;
- participation in cooperation with international organizations prior to formation implementation of the military policy and implementation of related recommendations.
