According to Sibiga, Ukraine and its allies are planning to focus on the concept of “peace through strength” in order to encourage Russia to benefit from fairness and renewed security.

At the same time, the head of the Ministry of Health expressed the importance of US support for this process, promoting the key role of Washington in the security and military assistance Kiev.
