<p>Currently, the number of victims has reached 27. Another woman sought medical assistance.</p>
<p>“At the moment, there are 13 victims in the hospital, including three children. Doctors assess their condition as average. Three men are seriously injured. 14 people refused hospitalization and are being treated on an outpatient basis,” Fedorov added.</p>
