The Cassation Criminal Court as part of the Supreme Court upheld the decision of the courts of previous instances. to these decisions, Moldovan citizen Sergei Nerukh was found guilty of offering to provide and providing an illegal benefit to an official and was sentenced to 5 years in prison.
