Over the first 11 months of 2024, the Ministry of Defense has transferred more than 1.2 million drones of various types to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including reconnaissance, attack and FPV kamikaze drones.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
In particular, the Defense Forces received more than 40 thousand reconnaissance multirotor drones, including more than 12 thousand “night” ones, as well as 5 thousand reconnaissance UAVs of the aircraft type, such as Shark, GOR and Fury.
Strike drones of deep destruction are represented by more than 6 thousand units, including the An-196 “February”, Firepoint and others.
In addition, more than 2 thousand multiple strike UAVs were delivered, such as Nemesis, Bat, Vampire, as well as more than 5 thousand reusable FPV copters.
“Another 1.1 million kamikaze FPV drones, ordered by the Ministry of Defense in accordance with the needs of combat units, were transferred to the State Special Communications Service. 100 thousand drones,” the report says.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense announced that it was accelerating the purchase of electronic warfare and drones.
