Two local residents received craniocerebral injuries and shrapnel wounds.
The spokesperson for the Donbass Prosecutor's Office, Anastasia Medvedeva, told Obshchestvenny about this.
“Today, December 11, at 11:45, Russian occupiers attacked Pokrovsk. As a result of the shelling, two local residents, aged 56 and 64, were injured. The victims were diagnosed with mine-explosive injuries, closed craniocerebral trauma and shrapnel wounds,” she said.
The victims were given the necessary medical care.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the type of weapon is being established.
There are still 11 thousand civilians in Pokrovsk, including 18 children. The enemy shells the city's infrastructure every day.
