Exact border prices for electricity (price caps) are being created serious disruptions for the energy security of Ukraine.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine after sending a comment to the People's Deputy, head of the Subcommittee for Energy Security, Victoria Grib.

Vaughn also spoke about the need to comply with European standards: “If we want to work effectively in the European Union, we need to comply with all these rules that are in them. There are no price caps like we have in them. Price caps in us are much cheaper,” she added. The deputy also noted that electricity prices for Ukrainian residents will not increase. The loss will be compensated by Energoatom and Ukrhydroenergo within the framework of special obligations. Apparently, at the meeting of the 4th, the National Commission began the procedure for revising the limit prices for energy. Members of the energetic Committee for the sake of and low experts called on the members of NKREKP to urgently ask for this exchange. In my opinion, price caps are the main reason for the insufficient import of electricity from Europe in the brain shortage.
