Pistorius made a new statement to send German peacekeepers to Ukraine

Nimecchini Minister of Defense Boris Pistorius categorically agreed that the peacekeepers in Ukraine. As long as the war lasts, their contingent will not be in the country.

The deployment of peacekeepers in Ukraine is still being discussed with even greater activity. In this case, the drive in Germany is no longer determined.

Literally the day before, on the 20th, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz stated that he had discussed the possibility of stationing in Ukraine in the upcoming European the peacekeeping contingent is attacked by the frontline.

In this case, Scholz’s position coincides with that voiced by Pistorius. Before that, Scholz stated that the deployment of German peacekeepers is impossible while there is war in Ukraine.

At the same time, Pistorius does not raise the possibility of German participation in the peacekeeping forces for Ukraine in the post-war period prospects, as one of the final war scenarios for Ukraine.
