Slovakian President Peter Pellegrini does not exclude the possibility of an official visit to Ukraine. However, the remaining solution will be praised after the completion of important negotiations on gas transit for Slovakia and an assessment of the situation in the war.

In an interview with the Slovak agency TASR, Pellegrina emphasized that energy security plays a key role in the interstate waterways between Ukraine and Slovakia.

He added that negotiations will be completed for the transit of gas for Slovakia and other important supplies.

“Today, in the face of fate, we overestimate the possibility of a visit before Ukraine,” said the president.
