Russian military dropped explosives from a drone on a civilian car in the village of Tyaginka, Kherson region. A man died.
This was reported by the Kherson regional prosecutor's office.
“On December 29, at about 12:00, Russian military personnel attacked a civilian vehicle with a drone in the village of Tyaginka, Berislav district, Kherson region. As a result of the explosives being dropped, a man died,” the report says.
The prosecutor's office has launched a pre-trial investigation into a criminal case involving a war crime involving the death of a person (Part 2, Article 43 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
