In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the Russians are introducing a ban on replenishing mobile phones without a passport.

This is reported by the Center for National Resistance.

“Now if a resident wants to replenish the balance of a mobile phone in cash, he must provide a passport or log in through the portal of public services. In this way, the enemy plans to track the real owners of the numbers, and this is also an element of forced passportization,” the report says.

Thus, in order to top up an account, Ukrainians are required to have a visa or passport of a citizen of Russia.
