According to MP Iryna Gerashchenko, bill 12093 was supported as a basis by 231 people's representatives.
The goal is to facilitate prosecution for violation of military registration:
Introduce voluntary payment of 50% of the minimum fine without trial. Encourage data updating via the electronic account.
First registration from abroad and voluntarily for women: The Council adopted amendments to the law “On military duty and service”< /blockquote>
A simplified procedure for considering cases is established if the person admits the initiation and agrees to a fine in the absence of a trial.
