“Border guards of the Forpost brigade repelled the assault in the Vovchansk direction, destroyed enemy equipment and captured six occupiers,” the border guards said in a statement.
The State Border Service of Ukraine added that the occupiers are not giving up their attempts to break through in the Vovchansk direction. The Ukrainian military stopped the enemy offensive with drone and artillery strikes. The infantry ended the battle by capturing the invaders, who “thanked them for saving their lives,” the State Border Service added.
