The lines for students, graduate students and doctoral students have been changed to “Reserve+”. Previously, they were unavailable due to technical failures in the Unified State Electronic Base with power supply.

“Interaction with the Unified State Electronic Database has been established. This means that we are turning over the lines for students, graduate students doctoral students at “Reserve+,” Chernogorenko wrote.
The intercessor of the head of the Ministry of Defense with the power of digitalization added that the rotation of other types of lines to “Reserve+” is also required.
