The Asset Search and Management Agency will file a cassation appeal.
According to information from “Public”, the appeal chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine 2 assets of the state traitor, former people's deputy Viktor Medvedchuk.
The Asset Search and Management Agency tried to appeal the HACC decision of December 25, 2024, according to which the assets of “Putin's godfather” were allegedly sold at reduced prices, and the process itself “made the nationalization process possible in the future.”
The ARMA pointed out that people who paid funds for the seized assets through Prozorro have still not received them. The Agency also insists that the traitor's valuable property must be sold now, before it loses value. In addition, the money is going to strengthen the Defense Forces.
Representatives of the Ministry of Justice were present at the HACC meeting, who advocated that Medvedchuk's assets be prohibited from being sold.
The ARMA promises to file a cassation appeal.
