This cocktail combines the freshness of orange juice, the bitter taste of Aperol, and the light foam of light Mexican Corona beer, writes IZ. The drink is refreshing, aromatic and perfect for parties or summer vacations.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml Corona
- 60 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed is best)
- 30 ml Aperol
- 15 ml lemon juice (optional, to balance the taste)
- Ice
- A slice of orange or zest for decoration
Preparation:
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour the orange juice juice, Aperol and, if desired, lemon juice.
- Carefully add Corona to maintain a light foam.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix the ingredients evenly.
- Garnish the glass with an orange slice or grate a little zest for a brighter aroma.
