On February 2, at about 6:40 p.m., the Dnipropetrovsk region police received a message about an explosion in Pavlograd.
According to law enforcement, an unidentified object exploded. A man was injured.
“Police are working at the scene of the explosion near the RTC and SP building in Pavlograd… Police are conducting the appropriate investigative actions. Details will be provided later,” the police said in a social media post.
According to preliminary data, the wounded soldier, reports “Obshchestvennoye.”
