Putin wants to put the “nuclear” in place in response to attacks on Belarus or the Russian Federation, causing extreme damage

Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin introduced ratification to the State Duma security guarantee agreement with Belarus. The document, in full view, conveys the stagnation of the nuclear war.

RBC-Ukraine reports this via transmission to TASS and Sputnik Belarus.

“Ratify the treaty with the Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus about guarantees of security within the Union Power, signed in Minsk on June 6, 2024,” is stated in the document that was submitted to the State.

As Sputnik Belarus writes, the agreement on guarantees of safety are conveyed that Russia and Belarus view the brutal attack on a member of the so-called “allied power” “as an act of aggression against the allied power as a whole.”

Currently, a document is being transmitted that the Russian nuclear defense can be defeated at once, as against Russia or Belarus there will be a primary threat and thus “a threat to sovereignty.”

Also, according to the agreement, on the territory of Belarus “military objects can be created and Russians will be located military form.”

Agreement on security guarantees

It seems likely that the agreement on security guarantees between Russia and Belarus was signed in Minsk back in the past.

Vin conveys new approaches that will affect the “threats to sovereignty.”
