Ukraine has already taken over the Mirage 2000-5 from France. The first of them arrived in Ukraine today.
As RBC-Ukraine reports, French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu wrote on Twitter.
“On June 6, 2024, Emmanuel Macron announced the delivery to Ukraine of the French pilots “Mirage 2000″. The first of them arrived in Ukraine today,” Lecornu wrote.
He specified that the planes, together with Ukrainian pilots on board, have completed a thousand years training in France, to help protect the Ukrainian sky.
