Ukraine may sit down at the negotiating table and begin a dialogue with Trump, – Vance

US President Donald Trump wants the Ukrainian government to come to the negotiating table. It is impossible to continue the war indefinitely.

As reported by RBC-Ukraine, US Vice President J.D. Vance said about this meeting with journalists.

“The President (Trump – ed.) has very clearly said about our policy for Ukraine, that he wants the Ukrainians to sit at the negotiating table,” Vance said.

In his words, the United States wants the Ukrainians to be a sovereign and independent country. This also signifies the goodness of Ukrainian soldiers. Neither Europe, nor the USA, nor Ukraine “can continue this war indefinitely.”

“It is important that everyone sits down at the negotiating table, and the president wants to send a clearer message. Ukrainians should sit down at the negotiating table and start talking to President Trump,” Vance added.

Zvinuvachennya Vladi USA at Zelensky's address

It seems that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, just before his visit to the United States, got into an argument with US President Donald Trump. This is what happened when the two leaders met with journalists in the Oval Office.

After which Trump stated that Zelensky does not want to end the war with Russia.

The US President also criticized the statement of the President of Ukraine about the fact that peace between Ukraine and Russia is still “far away.” Behind Trump’s words, this is “the worst,” as Zelensky could say.

Why does the head of the Ukrainian state stress that no one wants the world anymore, even the Ukrainians.
