Europe must get the States to pay before the food security debate. Also, Washington may help find a way to get closer to Ukraine after military assistance is provided to Kiev from the side of the United States.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Jan Lipavsky, stated this, RBC-Ukraine reported to Reuters.
In his words, the regions of Europe are also to blame for their readiness to replace American support for Ukraine and European security with power resources.
“We (also) need to continue to interact with the United States in the debate about European security, and we need to find a way, perhaps, to bring Ukraine and the United States closer. It is not our fault to put an end to the United States, insanely, no. reality, and it’s our responsibility to do what we can,” said Lipavsky.
The head of the Czech Ministry of Health welcomed the European Commission’s package of crediting to the EU governments as part of the re-renewal plan. In the minister’s opinion, it will become a strong basis for the EU leaders themselves, where they will discuss Ukraine’s food and security.
At the same time, it is clear that the positions of all 27 member states will be clear, which means that the food security situation will move forward.
Lipavsky also reconciles that Ukraine is guilty of being at the negotiating table, and that the necessary fair and peaceful peace, at a time when the previous truce between Kiev and Moscow was not achieved.
“The main interest of the Czech Republic and, I suspect, most of the European countries lies in the fact that we are opposed to Russian imperialism, which we defend to the principles “It’s better to not exchange any kind of cordons for the help of brute force,” said Vin.
The Czech Republic has already begun to discuss plans to increase spending on defense to 3% of gross domestic product, with a target of approximately 2% in 2024.
Since then, the country has also launched a campaign to collect ammunition for Ukraine. The country is collecting ammunition from all over the world to help Kiev fight Russian invasions. According to Lipavsky, the initiative has secured supplies for the coming months and aims to withdraw more funding from donor countries.

Prime Minister of Ugorsk region Viktor Orban, who is at odds with the EU to support Ukraine, has already called for a block of print direct negotiations with Russia about the outbreak of fire and is in line with the plans for good full declaration on the site.
According to him, the President of the European Union, Antoniu Costa, did not agree with this proposal.
It's time for the United States and Ukraine to negotiate a date and time for negotiations on ending the war.
