“This is one of the priority targets for the enemy. As soon as there are missiles, there is a noticeable change in tactics, as the enemy immediately stagnate. The strikes have become more concentrated,” Musienko said.
He explained that Russian strikes are still not spread throughout the entire territory of Ukraine, but in one or two regions, or in two or three settlements and objects where the enemy wants to strike.

“It’s important to prepare the Russian Federation before a missile strike. Of course, in the world, as missiles vibrate, accumulate, and immediately prepare for an offensive strike. Such preparations are already underway,” the expert respects.
It is good to see that the occupiers have now begun to fire fewer missiles under massive shelling, focusing on concentrated rather than dispersed attacks.
“The stinkers (Russians – ed.) are trying to launch attacks more directly than with a larger number of missiles, but that's all there is to it. If previously 2-3 missiles could fly at any object/target, then at once, for example, fly 7-8. This is where the change in their approaches lies,” Musienko emphasized.
The risks of a pause in aid in the United States are moving forward
The same expert assessed that Russian troops could hit Ukraine massively if the United States has slowed down military assistance to Kiev.
“Let’s just say that the risks of what we will not be able to remove, the stench is very present. That’s why we need PPO systems. But, in my opinion, it’s definitely not the risks of the “nearest hour and prospect.” So the Russians will have to pay attention for a long time,” Musienko respects.
Having said that, the expert says, there is no need to forget that the US decision is of a temporary nature.
“It’s just on pause. The Americans can do the same and I’ll help you again. Well, before the Russians there’s really no significance here,” the spyologist summed up.
Today, monitoring channels report that Russian aviation is absolutely ready before launching a new massive missile attack on Ukraine. It is expected that the enemy will rise, stopping the flights of strategic aviation to launch strikes on Ukraine on February 25, 2025.
