The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the category for which Ukrainians can submit applications to the International Register of Bias. Applications for graduation can be submitted through “Diya”.
RBC-Ukraine reports this from the messages sent to Prime Minister Denis Shmigal at the meeting.
From now on, in addition to submitting an application under the category “Dispossession or impoverished life” and “Death of a close family member”, you can also register the application:
- poshkodzhennya or impoverishment of the non-living, indestructible lane;
- lose access and control over the unbroken mine in the occupied territories;
- serious bodily injuries;
- Primus drink then.
Having appointed Taras Melnychuk as a representative of the Verkhovna Rada, changes were made to the Procedure for filing an application for the release of surpluses, expenses and harm, which caused the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
The following categories have been transferred: serious bodily injuries; sexual violence; Katuvannya, inhumane or anything that diminishes worthiness, causes jewishness or punishment; liberation of freedom; Primus's work or service; poshkodzhennya or impoverishment of the non-living, indestructible lane; loss of access or control over the indestructible mine in the time-occupied territories.
Register of crashes during the war
The international register of compensation for Ukraine was created on March 17, 2023 at the Summit for Europe in Reykjavik as the first step to the creation of an international compensation mechanism. Before this initiative, 40 countries were reached; a registry office was opened in Kiev.
Submission of applications for the supply of material reserves by the Russian military in Ukraine was opened at the deadline of 2024. Then, when the reception began, it was stated only among those whose lives were depleted as a result of the war.
