Who owns Nova Poshta?
The founders and owners of the controlling stake in the company are Vyacheslav Klymov and Volodymyr Popereshnyuk . They launched the business in 2001 in Poltava, starting with a small starting capital of $7,000. Later, the co-founders were joined by Inna Popereshnyuk, who is a minority shareholder.
To date, the company has not attracted outside investors or strategic partners, remaining fully owned by the founders. This allows them to maintain control over all key decisions and business development directions.
Who is the CEO of the company?
The CEO of Nova Poshta for 2024 is Oleksandr Bulba . He headed the company in 2022, replacing Yuriy Benevitsky. Bulba has many years of experience in logistics and management of large companies, which allows him to effectively manage the development of the NOVA group.

Nova Poshta continues to increase its financial performance. In 2023, the company achieved a record turnover:

How did Nova Poshta develop?
The company started with a small delivery network between regions of Ukraine. During the first decade, it significantly expanded its presence, and after 2014, it began international expansion. Key milestones include:
- 2007 was the company's first profitable year.
- 2012 – launch of a mobile application for tracking parcels.
- 2014 – entry into international markets (Moldova, Georgia).
- 2021 – creation of Supernova Airlines.
- 2023 – opening of branches in Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia.
As of 2024, the following subsidiaries operate within the NOVA group:
- Nova Post Europe is an international direction.
- Nova Global – logistics services worldwide.
