Over the past 24 hours, 138 combat clashes have been recorded on the front, with the fiercest fighting continuing in the Torets, Pokrovsky and Kursk directions. As IZ reports with reference to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian defenders are successfully repelling attacks, in particular in the Kharkiv, Siversky, Hulyaipil and Orikhiv directions. No active enemy offensive actions have been recorded on the Dnieper Front, and there are no signs of the formation of strike groups in Volyn and Polissya.
In Kursk, Ukrainian defense forces repelled 17 attacks by the invaders, who carried out 334 artillery shelling, 29 air strikes, and used 33 guided bombs. The largest number of combat clashes occurred in the Pokrovsky direction, where the enemy carried out 45 assaults. Ukrainian soldiers successfully stopped attacks in the areas of Vodyany Drugy, Elizavetivka, Novoukrainka, and Andriivka, preventing the enemy from advancing.
On the Lymansk direction, the enemy tried to break through the defenses in the areas of Myrne, Kolodyazivka and Hrekivka seven times, but without success. On the Toretsk direction, the situation remains tense – 19 attacks were recorded over the past 24 hours, concentrated near Toretsk, Leonidivka, Druzhba and Ozaryanivka. At the same time, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports on the successful actions of the Ukrainian defenders on key sections of the front.
