Russia massively attacked energy facilities in two regions of Ukraine

Russian troops massively attacked the energy sector in two regions of Ukraine on the night of January 15th. As a result of the shelling, there is significant deterioration at the facilities.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine via communications with DTEK.

“At night, the enemy struck a blow to the energy supply. Once again in the Dnipropetrovsk and Odessa regions,” says a friend.

Due to the Russian attack, some residents in the Dnipropetrovsk and Odessa regions lost their lives without light. DTEK reports serious damage to the attacked energy objects.

“The situation has been devastated. Power engineers are already working in the localities. We are doing our best to turn the electricity supply into households as quickly as possible,” adds DTEK.

Night shelling of Ukraine

On the night of the 15th, Russia launched 178 drones across Ukraine and attacked two with Iskander-M ballistic missiles. PPO forces shot down 130 drones. Another 38 hostile pilotless location simulators have been eliminated (without negative effects).

Apparently, the occupiers hit a lot of people near Chernigov. Sumi and Kharkiv region were also under attack.

“Ukrzaliznytsia” reported that the Russians attacked their energy infrastructure in the Dnipropetrovsk region and Zaporizhzhia.

Also, the Russian army attacked the Odessa region for two nights. Under the impact of the Chornomorsk and Odessa bulls, two people were injured. As a result of the attacks, electricity, water and gas were turned off near Chornomorsk, the situation was already stabilized.
