The Military Forces were informed about the threat of stagnation of strike drones by Russian fire fighters for Kiev as early as 23:18 (20 February).
The Kiev Municipal Military Administration later called upon the capital's burghers to remain in hiding until the alarm was raised.
“The security of attack UAVs will be lost,” the KMVA stated in its Telegram channel.

The KOVA statement wrote that an enemy UAV was detected in the vast expanse of the region, and “PPO forces are working on targets.”
Russian drone attack
