The Cabinet of Ministers has established uniform payment of pensions for all citizens of Ukraine, regardless of their location: in Ukraine, in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) and beyond the cordon.
RBC-Ukraine informs about this through communications to the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy.
As we know, previously people who refused to complete their higher education until 24 February 2022, and people who left the border after this date or lived on the TOT, a small algorithm for withdrawing pensions. This made it difficult to remove the cost.
“From now on, such pensioners can withdraw their pensions to the bank of any bank of Ukraine, and not to Oschadbank, as before,” the report says.
It has also been established that in order to receive pensions, residents who temporarily live outside the cordon or on the TOT may undergo physical identification once a week. Passing physical identification may result in a shortness of up to 31 breasts.
In addition, since pensioners live on the TOT, they can make at least one financial transaction on their account every six months per month, since pensioners did not go through physical identification.
Such means have been established to confirm that a pensioner who lives outside the controlled territory of Ukraine (for example, in the UK or behind a cordon) is alive, and the pension amount is withdrawn from his card himself, explained at the ministry.
The Ministry of Social Policy has great respect for those who pay pensions to the people of the Labor Union and those who left the Labor Union are expected to confirm the information about the non-maintenance of pensions from the Russian Federation. For this purpose, you need to write an application to the Pension Fund in an additional form about not maintaining a pension from the Russian Federation, and submit it to the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
