The Russian Federation wants to remove the Ukrainian military from the territory of the Kursk region. The ZSU streams 64 thousand occupiers there.
As RBC-Ukraine reports, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this at a briefing on Friday, 4th quarter.
“Russia does not want to be caught in the fire. It is important and understandable that it wants, like the advancing crust, they are collecting troops from them, more shootings, more attacks, offensives throughout front line,” Zelensky said with respect.
Behind these words, we are on guard for an increase in hostile attacks on the front, and there are close to 200 of them every day. However, during the remaining days the Russians have been affected by bad weather, their activity is being guarded.
Zelensky also believes that Russia wants to withdraw the Ukrainian military from the territory of the Kursk region. Even Russians need “success” before their “symbolic dates”, like grass.
“They want us to completely squeeze us out of the Kursk region, but to understand everything again and confirm that we are there. There is no certainty, we are in the Kursk region. The Kursk region is our presence,” the president said.
In my opinion, the Kursk operation may have important significance, and it also made it possible to withdraw some of the Russian troops from other directions at the front in Ukraine.
“They want to show as much as possible, but still, that we are going there and trimming a large number of military forces. 64 thousand Russians on Kursk directly from their military forces. This is even more serious grouping, which could have happened on other straight, the guys there are great,” he said.
The situation in the Kursk region
Last year, the Ukrainian forces launched an operation near the Kursk region. During the fighting, Ukrainian troops took control of nearly hundreds of settlements in the region.
This operation was intended to prevent Russia from again attacking the neighboring and lower regions of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff of the ZSU, Russia has already lost 40 thousand soldiers in response to the Kursk operation. Russia also supplied North Korean soldiers to the battles near the Kursk region. Why did the Russians send North Korean soldiers to fight near the Kursk region?
Over the past year, Russians have become more sensitive to the fact that the Ukrainian military is still in isolation, and the ZSU General Staff and President Volodymyr Zelensky have released this information.
Secretary of the Supreme Committee for National Security, Defense and Intelligence Roman Kostenko commented on RBC-Ukraine that the situation in the Kursk region is unimportant. The Russians brought up the reserves and soldiers of the DPRK for an attack on the ZSU.
