The current government of Ukraine will not agree to freezing the conflict and will maintain a course for the further liberation of the occupied territories of Ukraine.

This was stated by the head of the Office of the Ukrainian President Andriy Ermak following the results of a meeting of political and security advisers in Davos, at which the Ukrainian peace formula was discussed, writes Radio Liberty.

“This president and this team of his will never agree and will not will accept no freezing of the conflict. This is unacceptable by Ukrainian society… Ukraine does not need frozen conflicts,” he said.

Ermak added that Ukraine needs a just world. “And Ukraine wants to prevent any potential aggression in the future and is using this opportunity,” the head of the Presidential Office emphasized.

He is also confident that Ukraine’s partners are not pushing it to make territorial concessions.

“Partners already know us and our position, and respect it… I participated in almost all high-level meetings, including leaders, and have never heard any of our partners discuss any compromise on our part that is unacceptable to us. Including the issue of Crimea,” the official summarized.

  • The World Economic Forum in Davos kicked off today with the fourth meeting of national security advisers regarding the Ukrainian Peace Formula. 81 countries and international organizations took part in it.
  • Meeting participants considered five points of the Ukrainian Peace Formula: withdrawal of Russian troops, restoration of justice, environmental safety, prevention of escalation and recurrence of war, and confirmation of the end of the war.
  • The forum will continue until September 39 ; January 19.
  • Previously it became known that Zelensky will make a special speech at the Forum on the panel “Achievements of Security and Cooperation in a Fragmented World” on October 16. Together with him, the executive director of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwaab, and the president of the WEF, Bjorge Brende, will take part in the panel.
  • Many world leaders and politicians will take part in the Forum, in particular, the President of Israel Isaac Herzog, the newly elected President of Argentina Javier Miley , French President Emmanuel Macron and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
