Russia Sets Record for Number of Shahed Missiles Launched at Ukraine in September

Statistics have shown that this month the Russian Armed Forces set a record for the number of kamikaze drones “Shahed” with which they attacked regions of Ukraine every night.

There wasn’t a single day in September when Russian invaders didn’t attack our country with attack drones. The author of the popular Telegram channel “Nikolaevsky Vanek” said that this month Putin's army set a record for the number of “Shaheds” launched at Ukraine, NBN reports.

According to statistics, from September 1 to 30, the Russian Armed Forces struck our country with 1,331 UAVs, of which 1,110 were destroyed by air defense forces, the percentage of drones shot down is 83.39%.

The number of drones this month exceeded the number of “Shaheds” launched in the summer months: in August – 793, in July – 426, in June – 330.

Also in September, the “second army of the world” attacked Ukraine with 20 missiles from Tu-95MS, of which 17 were destroyed by air defense (the percentage of shootdown is 85%), as well as 3 cruise missiles “Iskander-K”, all of them were eliminated (kill rate – 100%).

As reported, on the morning of September 28, the occupiers launched “Shakheds” at Sumy – civilian infrastructure was hit. The police showed footage of the aftermath of the shelling.
