Rabbit vs. Giraffe: ex-world champion Lewis explained why he compared Usik and Fury to animals

The fight between Tyson Fury and Alexander Usik for the title of “absolute” heavyweight is scheduled for February 17 of this year in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), and, as has become a tradition, various boxers give characteristics to the British and Ukrainian, while simultaneously “betting” on the winner.

The well-known “star” of boxing and the “Olympic Games” Lennox Lewis in the recent past, Lennox Lewis, commented a recent comparison of Alexander Usik with a rabbit, and Tyson “Gypsy King” Fury with a giraffe, writes NBN, referring to the YouTube channel Fight-Hub-TV.

According to Lewis, he was not showing any disrespect, since everyone has their own beast [totem]. In particular, Usik “looks like” a rabbit, as he moves very quickly and is difficult to catch. In addition, when the former “Olympian” sees the “Gypsy King,” his behavior resembles the habits of a giraffe.

The former world boxing champion added:

I see in them two animals who fight with each other, but I don know who will win. Will it be a rabbit or a giraffe? This will not be an easy fight for Fury, and Usik is an absolute champion who has never lost.

We previously wrote about what the “interim world champion” in boxing Ryder said , for the reason Fury has no options in the fight with Usyk.
