Budanov’s deputy, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine, said that during this heating season, Putin’s army focused on destruction objects of the military-industrial complex, headquarters, control systems and individual units that are located on the front line, informs NBN.

A representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the MOU noted that the Russian invaders are not achieving their goals, in particular due to its imprecise weapons, for example, Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles. Skibitsky noted that it is mainly civilians who suffer from such attacks.

At the same time, the general noted that if the “second army of the world” does not attack the energy system of Ukraine, this does not mean that the occupiers do not monitor its condition. According to intelligence data, the Russian Armed Forces conducted an analysis for shelling energy facilities in 2022-2023, identifying the most critical of them.

Skibitsky emphasized that the Russians regularly conduct space photography of the energy infrastructure on the territory of our country in order to attack if necessary these objects.

Earlier, Budanov was told whether the troops of the Russian Federation would have enough strength to carry out a second large-scale offensive.
