About the fact that in the Svyatoshinsky district capital, today, January 20, a Toyota car crashed into a Mercedes-Benz car, and also hit a bus at a public transport stop, which is why there are both dead and injured, writes NBN, citing ;official Facebook account of the Kyiv police.
As it became known, this accident happened today, on the Ring Road in the Svyatoshinsky district of the capital – a 30-year-old Toyota driver was unable to control the controls, colliding with a Mercedes-Benz and a bus: as a result of the incident, injuries incompatible with life, received by a man just standing at a bus stop. In addition, a Toyota passenger was also injured—the citizen was hospitalized with bodily injuries.
Now the Toyota driver has been detained, and based on the fact of the incident, the start of criminal proceedings has been initiated in accordance with Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for punishment in the form of restriction of freedom for up to 8 years years.
