“Clap” in Russian Vladivostok: media reported fires at two facilities

The ASTRA Telegram channel of Russian independent journalists, citing stories from Vladivostok residents, reported explosions and fires at two electrical substations, publishing the corresponding footage, NBN reports.

According to eyewitnesses, the fire engulfed the city's energy infrastructure facilities on Novozhilova Street and in Tikhaya Bay. As a result of the “claps”, about 500 houses were without power. Local media cited the cause of the incident as a short circuit at electrical substations, which was allegedly heard by the whole city.

Remember, in the morning On January 22, explosions occurred in Donetsk and Makeevka. “Bavovna” visited energy facilities in temporarily occupied cities. Local pro-Russian public pages complained about the drone attack, accusing Ukraine of carrying out the strikes, and showed footage of fires.
