On Wednesday, January 24, in the Korochansky district of the Belgorod region, a military transport Il-76 of the Russian Aerospace Forces crashed, which the Kremlin almost immediately announced – there were allegedly 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war on board this plane, in addition to 6 crew members and 3 escorts, and now somewhat more expanded and truthful information has become known.

About the fact that the specified transport plane, which crashed yesterday January near the administrative center of the Russian border region, was previously only engaged in the delivery of ammunition to Belgorod itself and to the Saratov region, writes NBN, referring to the information announced speaker of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andrey Yusov during the broadcast of the national telethon on the TSN YouTube channel.
According to Yusov, not long ago the arrival of an Il-76 was noticed at the Engels-2 airport in the Saratov region, which the occupiers use to supply strategic aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces with ammunition – these are the planes that regularly launch missiles against peaceful civilians cities of Ukraine.
In addition, this already downed plane constantly supplied S-300 and S-400 missiles to the Belgorod region to carry out attacks on Kharkov and the region. At the same time, the Russians themselves claim that air transport used to supply forces and equipment to Putin’s army could, apparently, be used at the same time to deliver prisoners of war.
Thus, if all of the above is confirmed, then Moscow actually admitted to committing another war crime.
Earlier we wrote that Ombudsman Lyubinets assured there were not a large number of people on board the “grounded” Il-76.
