Milov explained that in the Russian Federation there is a problem of vulnerability of the oil refining industry, since in the country In the aggressor there are not many enterprises that produce modern high-quality fuel. In addition to UAV attacks, problems arise at such plants due to sanctions, NBN reports with reference to Channel 24.

The former Deputy Minister of Energy said that an accident occurred at the Lukoil plant in the Nizhny Novgorod region . Apparently, this happened due to the failure of equipment, which was serviced by companies in the West before the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The oppositionist explained that the oil refining industry of the terrorist state is very backward, it is focused on the production of fuel oil. Over the past two decades, plants have been modernized thanks to Western technology, but the Russian Federation itself does not produce equipment for oil refining.

According to Milov, several more Ukrainian attacks on refineries and the Russian fuel market could suffer a big blow, which would become serious a problem for Putin's occupation forces. He assured that oil refining is a very, very vulnerable place for the Russian Federation.

Recall that on January 31, a UAV attacked an oil refinery in St. Petersburg. The media reported the details of the operation of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the MOU.
