Biden condemned Republicans' intentions to support Israel without providing aid to Ukraine

About the fact that the Biden administration spoke critically about the attempts of Republican congressmen to promote their own version of the bill regarding military support for Jerusalem, excluding assistance to Kiev and other urgent needs, writes NBN, citing a statement by White House press secretary Karin Jean -Pierre, published by Ukrinform.

According to Jean-Pierre, over the past few months, the administration of the American President with a bipartisan group of legislators has been working on a national security agreement, which was supposed to not only protect the border of the United States , but also provide support to Kyiv and Jerusalem. At the same time, it was precisely at the time when the preparation of the text of this document was nearing completion that the Republican Party in the House of Representatives carried out “its last cynical political maneuver.”

The White House Speaker emphasized that the security of Israel is a sacred matter, and is a a political game, and therefore, the Biden administration decisively opposes this trick, which does nothing to protect the US borders, or to the people of Ukraine to counter Russian aggression.
