As NBN reports, this is stated in a statement from the SBI press service.
It is known that one of the charitable foundations donated three vehicles to a serviceman for subsequent use by units on the front line.
After the military man received these vehicles, he immediately posted an ad on one of the Internet sites, which indicated that these cars were for sale. For all three cars, the military man wanted to receive 13 thousand and 600 US dollars.
And when the military man agreed with certain people about the sale, he was detained by law enforcement officers while receiving money from the buyers.
It is known that the detained military man was reported on suspicion of illegal use of humanitarian aid for the purpose of making profit.
According to Ukrainian legislation, the sanctions for this offense are a punishment in the form of deprivation freedom for up to seven years. Currently, law enforcement officers are deciding on the choice of a preventive measure and removal from office.
