As NBN reports, the president’s address was published on all official pages of the head of state on social networks.

In particular, Zelensky said the following:

Together with the head of the government of Ukraine, Shmygal, this morning we discussed strengthening the policy of heroes – the policy of veterans. Steps that will be able to cope with the problems in this area and will also give confidence to our people. Reboot steps – and not only in this direction. With all due respect to the minister, this is purely a matter of management. The Ukrainian state needs strength, fresh energy, as well as sufficient leadership in every area. We definitely must win this war. This year we need to do the maximum, that is, even more than is possible.

Recall that we previously wrote that Speaker Zelensky explained the president’s words about the “stalemate situation at the front.”
