According to the updated “Rapid Damage and Reconstruction Needs Assessment” (RDNA3), as of the beginning of 2024, the total cost of restoring Ukraine’s infrastructure over the next decade will be $486 billion USA, and all this, not counting the total economic, social and other losses of our country, estimated at almost 499 billion dollars.

About the fact that the key resource contributing to the intensive restoration of Ukraine will certainly be the seizure of “frozen” assets of the Russian Federation, which is expected to be launched this year, writes NBN, citing a statement posted on the official Telegram channel Prime Minister Denis Shmygal.
According to Shmygal, Ukraine’s position on the above-described issue remains absolutely unchanged—the terrorist state must pay for everything. In addition, despite the start of an almost identical process, also planned for 2024, and which would allow the income from Russian assets to be directed to Ukraine, Kiev considers this possibility only an intermediate stage that does not negate the need for a full confiscation of all funds of the aggressor country.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine emphasized:
